Eastwinds
Villa: Located in the quiet valley of Spring, Eastwinds is
nestled in a hilltop overlooking a bountiful coconut grove with
Spring Bay on the horizon. Follow the tall palm trees to the romantic
secluded bay only steps from the villa. The village of Port Elizabeth,
a mere three minute drive from the villa, is filled with restaurants,
shops, grocery stores and diving facilities. The villa has an
amazing view of the Caribbean Sea with a soft breeze both day
and night. The villa comes with casual all cotton furniture and
all modern amenities. There's a Sony 27" flat screen TV, a DVD
player, a VCR, a Bose home theater system with a six CD changer,
a fax machine, microwave, and all top kitchen appliances. The
villa sleeps ten comfortably.
Verandah:
Guests spend most of their time on the verandah. There are plenty
of chairs to relax in as you take in the breathtaking view of
Spring Bay. There's always a gentle breeze too (hence the name
"Eastwinds".) In the evening, the planetarium is open! The sky
is packed with stars. The verandah is the perfect spot to kick
back and cool out.
Pool:
The swimming pool is an added bonus at the villa. Unlike other
pools on Bequia, this pool is large enough to swim in. It also
has an ocean view. It's a great place to unwind after a day at
the beach.
Apartment
: There is also a lovely separate apartment at Eastwinds just
off the swimming pool. It has a master bedroom with a sitting
room, bathroom, kitchen, and living room with a double daybed.
Four people can stay here comfortably. A natural stone terrace
surrounds the apartment.
Master
Bed Room: Special touches have been given to the bedrooms
for a warm romantic feel. The master bedroom features an antique
four poster king size bed. It opens onto the verandah creating
a spectacular view of the ocean from the bed. The other bedrooms
have twin beds that can be joined together to form a king size
bed. All the bedrooms offer ocean views, ceiling fans, mosquito
nets, 100% cotton bed linens and private baths.
Living
room: Large French doors off the living room open onto a wrap
around verandah. Casual furnishings line the verandah. It's a
great place to read, play chess, watch a movie, or listen to music.
Dining
Room: The dining room boasts a handmade wood table that seats
six. This room also opens onto a verandah with additional seating.
